Growth Groups
Why Join a Growth Group?
We believe sales professionals find more success on their individual journey when they travel with others. Growth groups give professionals who want to operate as independent practitioners an opportunity to feel the camaraderie and encouragement of a “team”, while preserving their individual decision making abilities. These groups are designed to leverage the synergies that happen when like minded people come together to focus on growth.
How does it work?
Each month participants plan to take a half day out of their business to work “on” their business. This half-day meeting is designed to engage participants to work on their practice, not just in their practice. Members will take time to set goals for the upcoming month, analyze their performance, and design the plans they need to execute to achieve success!
East monthly meeting will wrap up with a section that is a little more “motivational” in nature. It will focus on practice management topics that the group indicates would be most relevant to them. Timely insights and perspective to help members stay engaged in their individual pursuit of success.
If you enjoy friendly competition, a little bit of structure, and want to have a whole lot of fun on your way to growth, this is the group for you! Make sure you reserve your spot in the next Growth Group today.
What is the structure?
Growth Groups members commit to one half-day meeting at the beginning of each month that focuses on monthly goals and the strategy that will be implemented to achieve said goals. Utilizing the theory of gamification and focusing on the leading indicators of success, members will be challenged to stay focused week-in and week-out as they compete for the top performer slot.
Near the middle of the month, group members gather for a virtual meeting that serves as a progress tracker. The purpose of these mid-month meetings is centered around four principles of growth:
- Structure
- Accountability
- Competition
- Practice Management

In the event that happens, we will do the best to record the meeting for your reference. That said, we highly encourage you to do everything you can to treat this like a client meeting and not miss a meeting. A big part of the value comes in the live interaction with group members.
Can I join a group mid-quarter?
We found participants are better able to feel comfortable and build better relationships, when everyone starts at the same time. Thus all public groups are designed to start at the beginning of each quarter.
Private groups can be started at any time as long as all participants are able to start together.
