Our Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is the Public Program?

    The Program runs for 14 weeks, with one 60-minutes live webinar each week.  It includes four mentor sessions designed to strengthen their ability to guide new advisors during and beyond the program, and ten new advisor sessions focused on mastering a consultative sales process.

  • What do you consider a "new" advisor?

    For the purposes of this course a “new” advisor is considered someone who is at the early stages of a client facing role that requires them to retain and/or acquire new client relationships.

  • Can I attend an individual course or do I need to attend the whole series?

    Each course in the series is really designed to build off of the prior course which makes it hard to attend an individual course without the others. 

  • How is skill developed during a virtual course?

    To be successful at each strategy you must know what to do (i.e. the process) and how to do it (i.e. the skill).  During the course you will receive both the process steps and skills to be effective.  Most of the role play will be facilitated via our online community between sessions. When possible, new advisors will be given time to role play the skills with others in the program to begin the development of what will make you successful. 

  • What happens if I miss a session?

    Each session will be recorded and all participants in the course will have access to the recordings for the duration of the course and six weeks following.

  • What is the format?

    Microsoft Teams will be used to present each session where you will have a live presenter who uses PowerPoint slides to cover the material.  


  • What are the Online Communities?

    The online community is our Learning Management System, providing participants with a virtual space to connect and collaborate – much like a social media platform.  Dedicated areas are available for Mentor Advisors, New Advisors, and the broader group.  This is also where participants can access session recordings and explore additional resources.
